Patrick de Montal has not always been a winemaker. But he has long thought about it. Fortis Atque Fidelis (“Strong and Loyal”) is the family motto. Vigorous, he is, braving with faith and perseverance the tribulations of his reconversion to create from scratch a vineyard worthy of his passion.
