What does Armagnac taste like ?
Armagnac is a brandy of great aromatic complexity.
This is why we cannot speak strictly speaking of taste but of a conjunction of aromas which are perceived, initially, with the nose, then by retro-nasal way, i.e. from the mouth (oral cavity) towards the nose (olfactory epithelium). It is then the opportunity to discover the extraordinary palette of this unique and marvelous eau de vie, a palette that goes from pear to cocoa, passing by lime, honey, quince or candied orange.
